This product uses full-HD (high-definition) full-color camera, and full-HD infrared camera, dual-light composite cameras. LED light is super sensitive, can also quickly recognize faces at night.

VI, Matters need Attention for Installation & Use Face Recognition Reader
1, We’ll deliver a power adapter together with the equipment. Its total length is 1m, including 40cm weak current power cable, and 40cm strong current power cable.
2, If the power supply is far away from the device, customers can extend the strong current part of power cable.
3, Customers shouldn’t extend the weak current part of power cable for more than 3m. Otherwise, the power supply of the device will be insufficient, which will result in some abnormal phenomena to occur, such as repeated restart, crash, etc.
4, If customers use other power adapters, such as 9V, 1A, insufficient voltage or low current will cause the device to restart repeatedly.
5, During wiring, if the 12V power supply cable of the host does not use the “dedicated power extension cable” and the distance is longer. It will cause the equivalent resistance of the cable is too large, and the terminal voltage is insufficient (≤11V), the host restarts repeatedly, and the host crashes.
6, Do not use thin cables (for example, thin network cables). You are advised to connect multiple strands of the same cable in parallel or use cables with thicker copper cores to ensure that the voltage is greater than 11V.
7, If you do not know how to extend the cable, pls contact the us to replace the dedicated power extension cable.
8, If you need to use network cable, considering extension cable, pls use 4 strands of network cable as positive electrode, and 4 strands as negative electrode.
9, the device built-in relay device, the magnetic lock (or other access control unit) load maximum voltage can not exceed DC12V, the maximum current can not exceed 3A, or it will breakdown the relay, resulting in can not open the door.
10, If you choose a temperature measurement function, the temperature measurement is required to be carried out indoors under constant temperature conditions to avoid sunlight exposure.
11, Temperature measurement requires no high temperature sources around, such as car engines, ovens, lit cigarette butts, etc
12, when measuring the temperature, please do not have sth to cover your face, such as the hair to block the forehead, sweat, grease, etc., which will affect the accuracy of the temperature measurement results.
