III，Barriers Gate Classification and Application
According to the shape of the arm rod, we can divide the Barrier Gates into: Straight Rod Barrier Gate, Fence Barrier Gate and Advertising Barrier Gate.
1, Straight Rod Barrier Gate
1.1 Types
The straight rod can be made into a General Straight Rod, Telescopic/Retractable Rod and Curved Arm Rod.
1.2 Telescopic/Retractable Rod
It adopts telescopic design, so you can freely adjust the length, and it’s more convenient to transport.
1.3 Curved Arm Rod
(1)> Feature
A rod is composed of 2 sections, and the rod has the function of curving, so we can fold it up and down.
(2)>Types
According to the different curving Angle of the arm rod after lifting to the limited position, we can divide it into 90° Curved Arm Rod and 180° Curved Arm Rod.
(3)> How does it work?
When the rod rise, it will no longer remain straight and will slowly fold, and the 2 sections of rods will form a constantly changing Angle. The 1st section rises slowly, the 2nd section remains parallel to the ground, and slowly rises in the vertical direction together with the 1st section. Finally, the 1st section will rise perpendicular to the ground and stop, and the 2nd section will form a 90° Angle with the 1st section, parallel to the ground.
(If it is a 180° curved rod, the 2nd section will continue to fold, and finally overlap the 1st section.)
(4)> Advantage
The advantage of this design is that the total height of the arm rod after the rise is only equal to the height of the 1st section of the rod, and it is very suitable for those places where the height is limited.
(5) Application
For those places where the height is not enough and the height is limited, such as underground garages, semi-outdoor parking lots or places covered by tree branches or eaves, the height of the site is not enough to allow the straight rod to lift normally, (or the height of the site is less than the total rod length and cannot be lifted normally), so it is necessary to choose this Curved Rod Barrier Gate.
1.4 Advantages

1.5 Disadvantages
Because there is only one single arm rod, the gap under the rod cannot prevent the unauthorized personnel from passing through under the arm rod, so the security control effect of the channel is weak, and there are security risks and personnel management loopholes, so it only can control the passage of vehicles.
For the vehicle passage that need to strictly prohibit the pedestrian to pass, the Straight Rod Barrier Gate is not suitable. If the user’s requirements for personnel access are not strict, the straight bar gate is a good choice.
1.6 Application

4, Barriers Gate Anti-collision Car Function
The Barriers Gate have advanced and matured intelligent anti-collision car functions. The standard configurations include anti-collision ground sensors, automatic rebound/return after meeting resistance, and priority opening to prevent colliding car.
4.1, Anti-collision Ground Sensor
If the Barriers Gate receives a ground sense signal during the rod falls, it will automatically lift, and the rod will not fall during the trigger period. After the ground sense signal recovers, the rod will automatically fall.
What’s more, the Barriers Gate supports external and built-in ground sensor detection so that the rod can automatically fall after the car passes, and automatically rise if there’s a car under the rod during the fall.
4.2, Rebound Anti-collision Car
The Barriers Gate are equipped with intelligent rebound anti-collision functions.

4.3 Priority Opening Anti-collision Car (Optional)

4.4 Pressure Wave Anti-collision Car (Optional)

4.5 Anti-collision Rubber Strip (Optional)
Since the Aluminum alloy pole is relatively hard, Customers can choose adding an extra customized flexible rubber strip below the rod. It equals to adding a protection strip, so the safety become stronger. What’s more, under the situation of other anti collision technology failure, it can also to prevent colliding the car in time. 5, Control Mode
Users can control the opening and close by the below ways. First, you can use the wireless remote control; Secondly, operators can use wired control; Thirdly, people can also use manual control; Forth, clients can choose the communication automatic control (e.g. parking lot management system, entrance control machine.). 7. Parking Lot Charging System

8, One-button Call Terminal
Customers can match it with a One-button Call Terminal to achieve remote control. Therefore, the central customer service clerks can have a video intercom use with the driver by the One-button Call Terminal. After communicating the problem, they can remotely open the barrier gate, so as to achieve unmanned channel management.
9. Power Failure
When the power is off, the gate will be unlocked automatically. If the Barrier Gate Rod is in a horizontal state, first, you can use the key to open the cabinet door, then you’ll see the motor is equipped with a Handwheel Device. Next, manually operate it, namely, use the Handwheel to lift the rod for releasing the vehicle, avoiding the impassable situation due to power failure. After the power is on, directly press the “drop rod” button, the rod will automatically fall, and resume normal use.
10, Rising the Rod after Power Off (Optional)
Customers can choose adding a reserve power supply, which can open the barrier gate automatically when the power fails, no need shaking the handwheel device to open the gate.
11, External Reserve Power Supply (Optional)
Customers can connect it to an external reserve power supply to achieve uninterrupted power supply, and the barrier gate can also operate normally in the event of power failure.
12, Special Transmission Mechanism

16, Load-off Protection

KKH designers team designs the drive mechanism with intelligent overheat protection device, which controls the temperature rise of the motor under frequent use, so that the motor is not easy to burn out. When the motor temperature rises above 80°, the system will automatically stops working. While the motor temperature drops below 80°, the system will automatically resume work. Similarly, When the motor temperature drops below -30°, the system will automatically stops working. While the motor temperature rises above -30°, the system will automatically resume work.

20, Overload Protection
The main board of the gate system has overload protection function to protect the circuit from being burned out.
21, Timeout Protection
We adopt lifting time-out protection, supporting all-weather operation, can effectively protect the motor, avoiding abnormal/improper damage.
22, Left or Right Direction optional

23, Higher Integration + Multi-signal Input
